How to recognize malicious files?

The files that come up highlighted in green, are they safe or malicious? Should I delete them or delete the references? Do the ones that are not highlighted in green stay or should I delete those? How do you know which ones are which?

The files that come in green are actually safe to be on your computer. There is no need to worry about them. You should leave the files store in the computer. The bad files are actually marked with red. When you see them, you either let the software or manually locate their path and initiate the delete procedure.

Note: This application is rather old, and the developers have released other versions of the software.
