What you have installed on your computer is actually a driver for the Elan touchpad. It's found on most laptops that come with this version of Touchpad. If you know there is no touchpad attached to PC or have a different touchpad, then you can simply uninstall this from your computer. However, if you have a laptop there is a big chance it might belong to the touchpad attached. Consult the manual to see exactly what does the laptop contain.
