The software is not compatible with Windows 10. There were other users who reported issues with the application while they were on Windows 8.1. You can imagine that if it didn't work on Windows 8.1, it won't surely work on Windows 10. There are no news from AoC regarding the Screen+ application which means it isn't supported anymore.
