If it refuses to print, try connecting it to another USB port and let Windows install the drivers. There is no need to do anything because the drivers are already installed on the computer. Secondly, place the paper on another tray if you have a printer with multiple trays. I have encountered the same issue and moved the paper to another tray and it worked.
If this solution doesn't work, then I recommend sending the printer to warranty service if it still has any time left or visit a local phone service shop because this could be a hardware problem.
