Contacting the developers of the application.

I have registered an account with yourselves and I have tried to download driver updates for my MSI K8MM3-V motherboard running Windows XP (I have no sound output to my speakers). When I try to download - VIA CPU to AGP Controller - or view - Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller - I get the the Enter Register Information box, I input my e-mail and password then click the Activate button. The following error message is then displayed - Drivers for Free was unable to transmit the exception details to Drivers for Free. A detailed error report has been created in the applications event log. Please email us: support@driversforfree.com with the description from the event log. I have done this several times but so far with no reply from yourselves.

Users around here including me are not developers of the application. We are regular users trying to help others in your situations with all kind of issues. However, you need to address the problems to the official developers. They have an Access Support page on their website, but it links to the Facebook page. Access the link below to reach the support page and post a message on their Wall explaining the situation. This is the only way if they don't answer to the email.
