You can't rotate videos in the Zoom Player application because the player doesn't have this function. I have checked the forums and users including the developers have specified that the player lacks this feature. Unfortunately, you will have to pick another player that supports rotating videos. For example, the VLC Media Player supports this feature through the Tool > Effects > Geometry > Transform menu.
