No, the software wasn't developed to run on Windows 10. According to the changelog posted on the developer's website, you can install the software on the following Windows versions: Windows 98, NT 4 (SP5), 2000, ME, XP, 2003, 7, and Windows 8.
Windows 7 and 8 were added to latest version (1.9.4) as well. Even with these requirements, it doesn't mean you can't install the software on Windows 10. Download the package from official website and apply a compatibility tweak to Windows 7. Right-click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop down menu, select Windows 7 and then launch the software.
