Based on various information found on websites, the crash is caused by virtual drives. If you have any applications that are used to mount images, then I recommend you disable them and then use Power2Go. It has been reported that this solution solved many errors with the Power2Go application.

Additionally, try updating the software to the latest version and then use it.
