How to deal with the Cyberlink Power2Go runtime error?
This error has different causes and solutions. You can try the following solutions to overcome it:
Apply all the patches from the Support area: http://www.cyberlink.com/downloads/support/power2go/patches_en_US.html
Re-install the product.
Install the latest version of VisualC++ Runtime package: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
Start a system recovery and restore Windows to the known version that worked.
Delete the UNO.XML file in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\CyberLink\EvoParser\Power2Go\8.0\UNO.xml (applies only to version 8).
