I can't open WYO Home Inventory after reverting back from Windows 10 to my old Windows 7.

I purchased the single license of WYO Home Inventory sometime ago. I upgraded to Windows 10, but had to revert back to my old Windows 7. Now when I try to open the WYO software I receive the following message:"The application is configured for use on only one computer". Can you help me resolve this problem?

Since you've installed another operating system by upgrade, the application detects 2 installed ones. The fix is very simple. Go to Start > Control panel > Programs and Features, then locate the WYO Home Inventory in the list. Uninstall it, reboot the PC an then install it again and it should work.
