Is Platinum version standalone?

Total Video Converter Platinum is a standalone program, or do I need the regular Total Video Converter software in order to get it?

Yes, Total Video Converter Platinum is a standalone application which can be downloaded here: http://aiseesoft-total-video-converter-platinum.software.informer.com/
But the Total Video Converter Platinum is no longer available, as it was upgraded to Total Video Converter 8.
