You put unwanted program onto my order

On July 26 this year I purchased a PDF suite from you, but somehow I got an extra software package for protecting downloads (Solid Tech Industries). I didn't ask for this, but it came and I was billed for it more than I was expecting. The package was $39.95 and I ended up paying $139.70 AUD. I want a refund.
