I can't Open Office printing Essentials

I can't open Office printing Essentials "because of a problem" according to the crash doc. It tells me to "check with the developer to maker sure it works with my OS (Mac OS 10.10.4)". I paid for it. When can I get a working copy?

As the message indicates, you will have to get in touch with the developers since this is a commercial product with no download or troubleshooting options available.

They have access to all the downloads and updates which means they're the only ones who can issue a new download or update for your operating system.
