Yes, AVG offers a premium account, but that's used only for Android mobiles. Practically, it's the same as you would buy the application on PC and have full access to various features. The same thing applies to the Android version as well. You can install it freely, but to activate other features, you need a premium account, therefore you can buy a license to activate it.
