Compression time is directly influenced by the settings used in the application. Higher values will automatically increase the compression time. You will need a faster computer with upgraded RAM, CPU, and HDD to have a fast compression when you're using multiple files. Or you could adjust(lower) the settings and the compression speed will increase, but still, it's better to just upgrade the computer.
