Eset smart security shows an error "Web access protection is non functional"

I have installed Eset Smart Security 6 from your copy CD. Web access protection in non-functional. How can I resolve the issue?

If the Web Access Protection is non functional, then I recommend you manually start it. You can do this by launching the executable file of the Antivirus. Go to Start > All Programs > Eset Antivirus. Once it's opened, press F5 to open the Setup windows. Under the Antivirus and antispyware, there should be Web Access Protection. Tick the box to enable the option and it should be activated. Additionally, restart the computer to apply the changes. If it depends on a service, restarting the computer should apply the already made changes.
