Everio Media Browser 4 program can't be opened

I can't save and see my videos because the Everio Media Browser 4 program I had installed on my PC can no longer be opened. I certainly have not the right version of the program for my camera JVC GZ EX215BE. Can you give me the link to reload this program?

It's impossible to download Everio Media Browser 4 because this application is bundled with hardware. The developers don't provide any way to download the software. You can download the updates for the application and this is a way to try to fix the application.

If you have the CD of the product, install it again and then try to use it.
