Cleaning the Bandhub cache

When I press the 'Record' button in Bandhub, I get a message telling me to connect my webcam, then it shuts down. My webcam works fine in Skype, however. Another Bandhub member suggested I clean the Banhhub cache on my computer to fix the problem and another said I need to try recording using a different USB port.

To switch the PORT, simply plug out the camera from its port and then insert the cable to another port. You might have to wait for the installation to finish properly before using.

Secondly, to delete the cache, navigate to the following location and delete everything you see in the cache folder. Make sure there are no apps using Bandhub at this time.

Cache path: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bandhub\cache

Note: Replace with the actual username where Bandhub is installed. This is your Windows username currently logged on.
