Yes, the antivirus comes with a built-in Toolbar installation feature. This means that when you install the application, a browser toolbar will be installed for your browsers as well. All the compatible browsers need to be closed for the installation to complete successfully.
If you don't want to install it, choose the custom installation method when you install Avira for the first time and uncheck the toolbar.
