Issues with the Apex 5 sketch program.

I have Apex 5 sketch program and drawing 1st area. When attempting to add 2nd area to the sketch by F4 or draw command it indicates that there is a draw section already open. Any suggestions?

I recommend checking the documentation provided by Oracle for this application. I have looked for a solution, but there is nothing specific.
