Information about Advocate Sugar Meter

I have Advocate Sugar Reader Meter. I downloaded the software in December of 2012, three years ago to read my meter. Don't remember where from. It worked great until a week ago.

Now when I hook it up and try to retrieve the data it says "no data in the meter". I can see the data in it. It also says it's connected to the meter. I am running Windows 7. Is there a problem?

The software might be corrupted and because of that you encounter the errors. However, if it's still installed on your computer, then I recommend going to Start > Search > Programs and Features. Click the application and then instead of removing it, select Repair. The setup will replace all the files and it will restore the functionality of the application. I have searched to download the software, but there is no website to obtain it again.
