Yes, you can re-install it, but the correct download needs to be obtained. For this, access the Support page for your laptop. Look on the back of your laptop for the model or serial number. Use this information to access the download page for your device, then you will have the possibility to download it from the Wireless & Bluetooth category.
There isn't a general download available since this feature is available individually for various laptops.
