Cracked disk need 15 characters

We have the disk for Dine Healthy 7.1. We bought it in 2011. We bought three licenses but only used one on PC. The PC pooped out and was going to install it on another PC. The contact disk was cracked and couldn't install it. Do you sell replacement disk or do we need to buy new disk? What ever the case? What is the price?

You will need to purchase another CD from the developers or you can contact them to request another CD if you purchased the application. Unfortunately, there is only one email address listed on their website. That is the only way to contact them for this inquiry.
