Since the application doesn't appear to be available anymore, you will have to take advantage of the built-in Help documentation. I have also tried accessing the official website, but there is no info on Q-Win as well. Open the application if you have it installed, then go to Help > Contents. Use the available topics to learn how to configure the application properly.
