If you don't see in the CCleaner's interface, then I recommend you close it and launch the software again as Administrator using right click on shortcut, then using Run as Administrator. To see the cleaning options, click on Cleaner in the upper-left area of the program. You can switch between Windows cleaning options and Applications.
Once an option is checked, CCLeaner will use its filters to check the parameter. Press Analyze, then Run Cleaner to delete the files/settings/folders etc.
You can do the same thing for Registry as well.
