The first thing you have to do is to install an antivirus to wipe the traces of the virus. You can browse the database of Software informer to download one. After this process, open CCleaner and go to the Cleaner section in the upper-left area and click on analyze. To increase the results, I also recommend enhancing the database of CCleaner using CCEnhancer then press on Analyze and finally Run Cleaner. The software will then clean all the junk files.
