I have an error with the agent that's trying to log-in. Another agent with elevated access is getting an error that says it tries to log-in as a normal user. How to fix this error?
If you are the administrator, check for the permissions of the agent that tries to log-in or simply remove it from the database and then add it back. If you don't have access to the whole administration system, contact your local IT Administrator.
