This is a Nokia Lumia 635 and the only way to reset it is at the Nokia Care Center or using your carrier's service center if the phone is still in the warranty zone. Additionally, you can visit a local phone service shop and they will do it for you for a small fee. The reset can't be done if the phone is locked because you will lost everything if you attempt to Factory Reset it.
