I have downloaded and installed version 2.71 of the application and then applied stamps on a few folders with images. After this procedure finished, I added more directories but they weren't added to the Stamper menu. The software kept its menu structure. In some cases, the behavior you experience is called History to easily access the folders again. To reset the program, go to Settings > Restore defaults.
