I downloaded wlvNET from this site and installed it, but when you try opening a new project, it doesn't give the cancel or save button.
The application requires NET Framework 1.1 to work properly. If you have another version of NET Framework, then I recommend downloading the proper one.

After you install the framework, reboot the PC and launch the software again using Administrator, it should work properly.
