The application uses standard audio formats to save the recordings which means they're stored on the internal or external storage of the phone. Connect the phone to PC, then use the My Computer to browse through its storage. Locate the recordings folder and transfer them to your PC. After this procedure, use any standard audio player to open them and it should work. Additionally, back up the files to another location and re-install ACR then try playing them again.
