Functionality of Speech Log.

We are a call center using the Speech Log version 6.6.5. We need to know the percentage of the calls recorded in terms of the calls received. Also, is this tailored to a company needs or is standardized by the application itself?

This kind of programs can be set up to record only specific incoming calls or all of them. This type of features usually are present in the application's option. A product is tailored to a company's needs only when there is a request for a thing like this. Usually, programs are design to cover a larger customer base. However, the best thing that you can do is to contact the developer of Speech Log to find out more information about its program. You can find contact information under the Help menu from the main interface of the program.
