I lost my code and need a replacement.

I downloaded the new version and it did not work. I had to start over. When I tried to pay the message said I already had as my information was in the system. Can I get the code please?

You will have to contact the developers, because they're the only ones who can provide additional codes for your purchase. Luckily, there is an email address you can use for this operation. Send them an email and provide the purchase information to verify you're the one who bought the application, then they will email you the registration info.
