No, there is no version of the One Touch Center available for Linux. I have checked the support page provided by LG, but no version of One Touch Center is working on Linux. All the released versions will work on Windows operating systems only.
Additionally, if you manage to install the app through Wine or another emulator, you'll lack the driver's installation that are exclusively developed to run on Windows.
