Registration on The Curse of Ra.

I purchased this game between 1999-2000, I have the original installer which works in older Windows versions. Because I did not receive a key, is it possible to run a newer installer as full version? I can't use the Usedstar all-in-one installer (only to run the 3 packs I purchased through them).

I see the official website of this game is still available for accessing. If you have your order number, then I recommend contacting the developers of the applications. They should provide clarification regarding the possibility or the impossibility of downloading a full version package of this product.
