Problems installing app.

Downloaded an app (PXLite.ap) to Android 2.3.7, and it won't install.

I see that the application has been removed from Google Play because it violated the Terms OF Service. Other websites list it, but I don't see a download option. However, the development works for the application stopped, and because of that Android 2.3.7 support doesn't exist anymore. You won't have the option of installing the application anymore.
