Opening .cdr files on Android phones is currently not possible because there is no application designed by a custom or an official developer. A .cdr file is basically an archive which contains bitmap files and it is not very hard to accomplish but there are problems to view the vector arrays that are stored in the file. Your only way of viewing these files is to publish them to a .pdf file using the Export function inside your CorelDraw software. Additionally, it is not possible to even modify them so the only approach still remains CorelDraw for this kind of operation.
