Downloading and installing the software

I have downloaded Seagate Dashboard but can't install due to the 1920 error.

This is a known problem. It seems the Seagate Service is not properly configured. To overcome this error, simply go to Start > Run > services.msc. Locate Seagate Service in the list, right click it, go to Properties and change the Startup Mode to Manual. Eventually you can click on Start as well. After this operation, the application will start working normally.
