Software downloading issues

I'm trying to download the Exploration Lite software on my computer but I can't. I have Window 7 machine. The software is a 2005 OESD. Can you help?

The information found leads to the Google Play Store which means that this is an Android application. There is no official way to install it on Windows. However, you can install Bluestacks. Bluestacks is an Android emulation software that's capable of running almost all the apps from Google Play Store.
