No, none of these applications are Mac compatible. I have used their official website and it's listed that Cadvance Lite works only on Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000/ME/XP, NT 4 and Cadvance 6.5 was developed to run on Windows 95/98, NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home, and Windows XP Pro.
You could try running them in WineBottler, a Windows application emulator available for Mac.
