ALR-9900 and ALR-8696-C information.

Question

We are using ALIEN Reader ALR-9900 with Antenna ALR-8696-C, but sometimes antenna is working fine, and reader shows on the network with IP: 192.168.1.100. Additionally, it can work on Gateway demo software, but sometimes we face a problem in connectivity.

There are some things you can do to check performance. For example, assign the IP manually. If there is a problem with getting the IP, then setting it manually will overcome this.
