Information about ROIP EQSO RF GATEWAY program.

I am trying to get the sNET - RF Gateway program to function in the COS mode. Everything works OK in the VOX mode, but the program appears to not be getting either the CTS or DSR, RS232 signals. I have applied the logic voltage signals directly into the the COM2 DB9 connector on the computer and get no response from the program. I have read some comments about RS-232 issues on computers running Windows XP operating system. Since the PTT from the program is using the RTS and it functions OK, I am thinking that it is a Hyperterminal setup issue here?

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

There is no info about the COS mode and the working modes available for this program. I have installed it and although the application works normally, I couldn't find anything related to the COS mode. After you have installed the application click on HELP/FAQ and follow the procedure described in the HELP file to initiate a connection. It's possible that you're doing something wrong and because of that you can't get the mode you want.
