You will have to uninstall the application completely, then try using Revo Uninstaller. Revo will wipe all the settings and configuration files including registry items. After this procedure, restart the application and install it again and it should work. I would recommended that you purchase the application, but it's not available on the official website anymore.
Additionally, you can use Time Stoper to extend the trial period of the application. Remember, that it doesn't work with all applications.
