The software shows "failed to install".

I can't download it. It's always showing failed to install.

To fix this error, right click the installation package then go to Properties > Digital Signature. Click the available certificate and go to View > Install Certificate. Choose the automatic mode then try installing the software again and it should work normally. Make sure you run the installation package as Administrator after this procedure.
