The first thing you have to do is to check if you meet the system requirements of the application. You can do that using the data on their website. Although BlueStacks works with computers and low performance, it's possible that the application was corrupted or you've launched it without Administrator rights. Either way, download a new copy from its official website and right click it then choose Run As Administrator.
