Is Psiphon 3 safe? My social network indicates unsafe visited links after its launch.

No, it's not safe if the application was downloaded from another place other than its official website. It's normal for social networks to indicate suspicious activity when you're using a proxy server located in another country. The scripts are designed in a way to understand that a person can't be in two places at the same time or in another distant place in a short time.

However, it's possible that you downloaded a virus and because of that, the social network might indicate the activity.

Always download the application from its official website:

I used the other link (// but it leads to the same file (same size).

If the application was downloaded from the official developer, then the activity is somehow justified. However, I wouldn't trust Psiphon when it comes to privacy. You can use CyberGhost VPN or even Tor Browser. The problem with TOR is with the exit nodes that can be controlled for MITM traffic, but CyberGhost should be just fine if you don't work with sensitive data (credit cards, banking operations, PayPal, etc).

Tor Browser:

I have used both of them and never had any issues, maybe with speed, but that's something else to discuss.
