We are having problems with our AIA Billing. It will not save or print. Are there updates that we should know about? We have version 7.7.

If you're having issues with AIA Billing, I would recommend you perform a re-installation of the application. To do this, use the classical Uninstall a Program from the Control Panel. After this procedure, go to Control Panel, access Hardware and Sound. Click the devices link, and locate the printer. Right-click it, then choose Enable and Default. Try printing and saving again, and if I am right, it should work normally.
