I have an Epson printer 322 series and am getting error E-01, it will not clear even after I turn the printer on and off. I have checked for paper jams and can't find any. Can you help?
The E-01 error refers to problems with paper jam. If you checked the printer and there was no paper jam, then the printer might have required hardware repairs because the sensor could be faulty if it keep insisting there is a paper jam. Contact Epson service support available in your area. You can find additional information on manuals that have arrived with your printer.
