Lingoes not work.

I have Windows 7 x64 platform. When I start Lingoes (ver 2.9.2), it always says "Request translation services failed." I tried on other platforms (XP, Windows 7 x32, Windows 8.1 x32) and everywhere the same situation. Why?

This question has already been tackled here. I can confirm the software is working properly. I installed it on Windows 7 x64 as well without problems. Follow the indications on the previous answer and evertyhing should be fine.
