How do I delete this app from my MacBook Pro?

You can delete the application by dragging it from the Applications folder to the Recycle Bin on the dock. If this procedure is not working, then you can use CleanMyMac to remove apps that refuse to be deleted using the usual way.

You can uninstall the apps through the application as shown in the picture below:

Just drag it from the Applications folder to the Recycle Bin on the dock.
